COMPETITION WIN

We are delighted to announce that Urban Agency's design of a multi-purpose complex building in the Hongdae area of Seoul, Korea, has been selected as the winner of an international design competition. The 43,000m2 project, situated in one of the hottest places for the young generations living in Seoul, consists of micro-rental apartments for young people, middle-sized apartments, as well as a public share office. Furthermore, the project creates a new and dynamic urban space that faces the surrounding retail buildings, integrating and activating the neighborhood context.

Breaking ground at the end of 2022, the project is projected to be completed in 2025.
