CPH AIRPORT BRIDGE
SHORTCUT FOR 2 MILLION USERS OPENED
URBAN AGENCY is delighted to see new bridge through Terminal 3 in the Copenhagen Airport finally completed. The new pedestrian bridge, designed in collaboration with TNT Arkitekter and Vilhelm Lauritzen Arkitekter, crosses the existing terminal at first floor level and stretches over 92m in length. The bridge smoothly leads 2 million metro-passengers that arrive at the airport through the terminal and directly to the security area. The expansion of Terminal 3 is part of the overall “Expanding CPH" plan for how the airport can grow to 40 million passengers.
